HandyMan: TimeoutTool cannot handle incomplete tar files

Sometimes jobs are killed by the queuing system just as they are compressing themselves. When the timeout then naively tries to load the job everything explodes. Instead catch errors (there are multiple possible), delete the tarfile and then re collect as normal.
