SQLite Backend Cannot operate on a closed cursor or closed database. #3290

SQLite issue, attempting to use as a backend.

Description of your problem

Can't use SQLite as backend for strange reasons.

# NOT RUNNABLE
        db = SQLite(name='factsSQLite.db')

I am trying to find a good backend for an exponentially growing bayesian network. Which of the backends are best for large-ish complex laten truth model bayesian network

  • Theano Version:1.0.3
  • Python Version: 3.7.1
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • How did you install PyMC3: conda

Working with HDF5 backend now. Am getting huge theano errors when using many variables in chaining and sampling. See below? Maybe separate issue?
