Environment

  • pip version: 19.0
  • Python version: 3.6
  • OS: Debian

I just upgraded to 19.0, and can't install using process-dependency-links! I know it was deprecated for about 10 years now, but it was still heavily used (by me and others). Was it really removed on purpose without warning, or was that a mistake?

Thanks for all you all do.
