Tarballs are renamed

Hi! I package this project for Arch Linux.

With 2.0.3, the pypi sdist tarball has been renamed from pytest-metadata to pytest_metadata:

https://pypi.org/project/pytest-metadata/2.0.2/#files

While the wheel seems to have always followed the pytest_metadata name, the sdist tarball has mostly used pytest-metadata.
Will the naming scheme be left like this? It is kind of good to have something specific to expect so that it doesn't break downstream build systems.

I wonder if that's a consequence of the switch to Poetry?

I also wonder if it's configurable 🤔
