how to use normal mode and stream writer mode together?

i am currently using streamwriter mode to generate reports using excelize.
for some particular section i want to use SetCellRichText to enhance the styling of the data in the cell.

in the same sheet i am not able to use both of them together.
i even tried to add the new cell after flushing stream writer.still its the same.however i am able to add it in a new independent sheet
please let me know if this is solvable.Thanks
