Desired Behaviour (for feature requests only)

Fix Ragged Rows is invoked on opening a data file so the data is "rectangular".

Should Guess Column Properties also be invoked to start the creation of a schema?

The side-effect of this convenience is that cannot be checked for non-schema errors first (e.g. duplicate headers, duplicate or blank rows.

Thoughts welcome...
