Vendor q2view sans the home page for use via qiime tools view

Running qiime tools view should load a fully featured view of the target result without needing an internet connection. This will basically look like vendoring a slightly cut down version of q2view (just the result has been loaded part) with QIIME 2 for use via qiime2 tools view.

Thanks @Oddant1. One important aspect, which I think you're already thinking of but I just want to explicitly mention, is that the QIIME 2 View provenance viewing would be available through this view.
