Oled in STM32f103

Hi,

Previously I have entered rartlice to qmk PR and it has been merged, #10495
Before I update the OLED QMK can run normally, but after the update OLED doesn't work and all switches cannot be used. After I tried, it turns out that the "OLED_DRIVER_ENABLE = yes" function makes my keyboard not work, can't stm32f103 use this function? is there any OLED function code for stm32f103?

Any clues and tips would be appreciated.
