I've just released version 2024.11.24 and this may be the last one for a while. The original inspiration for this project, everynoise.com, ceased updating in late 2023 after its creator was laid off by Spotify. The Spotify playlists by The Sounds of Spotify and Particle Detector continued to update for several months longer — adding 180+ new genres — but these now appear to be frozen in time as well.
It's not clear if these playlists can be replaced with anything nearly as comprehensive, so I'm starting this thread to ask users what we should do next. Do you use the genre and country playlists regularly? Are there any similar resources out there?
