QFS Python API: open with 'w+' mode throws IOError when file does not exist #185

client = qfs.client('qfs', port)
with client.open("file_not_exist", 'w+') as f:
    # do something

throws
IOError: No such file or directory 2

however, it should keep the same semantics as in Python built-in open mode.
