Dev UI Rest Client Page has additional scroll bar

Describe the bug

The dev ui page for rest client reactive has an additional scroll bar when many rest clients are present.
Instead it could use the full page height, and only then use a scroll bar.

Create quarkus project, add quarkus-keycloak-admin-client-reactive.
