On two occasions Quip has deleted the text on several bullets in my documents. It's a bug that completely breaks the productivity tool because it can't be relied on to store valuable information.
The way I recover it is I have to go into my changelog and then copy and paste from the grey text back into the document. However, if I had an image pasted in there that got deleted as I did one time then I am out of luck. I can't get that image back. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like after it's been deleted:

I'm also running into the same issue and it's quite frustrating. It seems to happen (more frequently) when I undo (crtl-z).
Sometimes the text is unrecoverable too (The history isn't always reliable to recover text)
