I have created the file inside the attached zip (verslag.xlsx) using python3-openpyxl (2.4.9-1) on Debian Linux (testing) using python3.7.
I can open it with gnumeric, libreoffice and wps(et). The first two does not handle the charts correctly, but wps(et) does. However, Microsoft Excel cannot open it unless I export it from et to xls (2003). This is a problem because we are building a system to create a lot of these files programmatically to be used in a Windows environment.
If I delete a lot of the sheets I can open it in Excel, but I was unable to determine what exactly is causing the problem. example.zip
