Description:

Hi Rainbow Wallet Team,

We are developers at Scroll and have integrated Rainbow Wallet using RainbowKit. However, Scroll is not included in the default network list, requiring our users to manually add it via "custom networks."

This creates a significant UX issue:

When users switch networks, they receive an "unsupported network" error.
Many users are unfamiliar with how to add a custom network, leading to confusion and frustration.
Despite adopting Custom Chains via RainbowKit, the issue persists.
Given our large user base, we would like to request that Scroll be added as a default network in Rainbow Wallet. Could you please let us know the requirements for this, or if there are alternative solutions to prevent the unsupported network issue?

We truly appreciate your time and consideration. Rainbow Wallet has been an essential part of improving Web3 accessibility, and we'd love to make the experience even better together.

Thank you! Looking forward to your response. 🚀

Expected Behavior:

  • Scroll should appear as a default network in Rainbow Wallet.
  • Users should be able to switch to Scroll without encountering errors.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Use Rainbow Wallet with RainbowKit at https://scroll.io/bridge.
  2. Attempt to switch to Scroll.
  3. Observe the "unsupported network" error.
