SURE-9358

Rancher EU dev was upgraded to 2.9.2.
After failed attempts to upgrade downstream AKS cluster due to the bug reported via case# 01557031, the cluster has an error in Rancher UI regarding failed client secret connecting to Azure.

Troubleshooting steps have been shared with customer and now waiting for feedback.
