Update the layout for the performance debugging dashboard bundled with rancher-monitoring so that it is more readable.

TODO:

  • update dev-v2.7
  • update dev-v2.6

I believe we can close this as monitoring is being replaced by stackstate. @git-ival let me know if you feel differently, otherwise feel free to close!

Moved to the backlog for now -- this might be something that requires a change over to stackstate if we have the metrics there, or revisited to enhance the views.
