[BUG] - Returning all gene matches (-a) introduces a column shift #11

Running GAMMA without the -a option results in:

However, running the same command with the -a option gives:
image
Using the -a option seems to introduce a column shift starting from 'Transversions'.
I included the .gamma and .pslfiles for both commands.
