Web socket connection showing failed in console , but connection in live from server end

I am facing this issue ( Web socket connection showing failed in console, but connection is live from server end ) in my site.
I am not getting any errors in my log files, I am using Codeigniter.
This error is not permanent on my site, after some time I see this error
My main question is how we get the socket related errors in the error log and why this error happen.
