[Toggle Menu Bar] Auto resize all full-height windows

Description

This extension is great, I wasn't aware macOS has that feature, actually.
One thing that breaks it for me though is the need to manually resize all windows that are full height (and often full width, too). Currently toggling the menu bar off leaves an empty space at the top.

It works well the other way around (menu bar off -> on)
