Edit a published post sees its post date going back by one day #366

Go to any published post and edit, the post shows up in the composer with the post date going back one day. For example a post published on 2/20, when you edit it the post date shows in the composer as 2/19, when publish it the post date end up with 2/19 even when you set it manually back to 2/20.
