Hi @sammyd I'm having difficulties reproducing the issue. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. Below was the output presented here. Can you also confirm if, after signing in, you wait for some seconds on the login screen to what it shows? From what I observed, if you wait for some seconds it eventually signs up successfully. Here is my output on my device. sample.mp4 |
Thanks for taking a look. I'm not too sure about this—I've not managed to recreate it myself. I'll go back to the support ticket and see whether I can get the reporter to come and look at this ticket to give some additional feedback. The only thing I know has been an issue before is the default browser. I'd also be interested in knowing why it flashes the login screen again, or more importantly, can we stop that and replace it with some kind of spinner? |
That will be very much helpful. In regards to re-opening the login screen that shouldn't happen though i haven't looked at the code yet but a spinner or something else will be much better. |
Any comments here from the reporter? |
Nope, they've not been back in touch :( |
Hello @sammyd , I'm the reporter of the issue. |
Hi @robinjohn thanks for dropping in! I don't think that the fact your account is old should have any issues. @KelvnPere are you able to help diagnose the issue here? Thanks! |
Thanks for providing more context @robinjohn |
Hi @KelvnPere, happy to share my account password if you're not able to reproduce the issue, let me know. Thanks. |
Thanks |

Feel free to let me know if you need any assistance with further debugging or more info on reproducing the issue or if you like to get on a video call.
It's 100% reproducible, at least on my S21+ , Android 13 device.
