I havent dug into it, but creating an issue to refer back to

does this happen all the time or is it a spurious error? lsp-mode or eglot?

it seems to happen randomly, lsp-mode

I have also met the error several times with vim + coc.nvim.

I think the traceback is due to the rethrow instead of the real error? IIRC, the real error is in https://github.com/razzmatazz/csharp-language-server/blob/80687719e19aafb33fc48a045c3df7df334aadec/src/CSharpLanguageServer/State.fs#L177C1-L177C66.

I merged @kstatz12's PR and released a new version, hopefully this is fixed.
