xtask 更改qemu网卡mac地址编译选项无效 #396

尝试在xtask/src/build.rs 中更改e1000e网卡的mac地址失败，跟踪代码发现在drivers/src/bus/pci.rs中第184行将可以更改网卡设备的ip和地址的参数index写死了，使得无法配置mac。
