Product images not shown in completed page and admin

Expected behavior

Wherever there is a placeholder image, when the product has an image it should be shown.

Actual Behavior

Even though a product has an image (both on the top-level and on the variant) the image is not being shown

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

1. Login as admin
2. Add images to a product/variant
3. Complete an order
4. Observe that the product image is not shown anywhere
