Add a more detailed order summary view in checkout:

  • view name, qty, options, price
  • edit qty
  • remove item
  • product link

Order review stage should for (for multi-vendor / multi-shop) optionally:

  • group by shopId (for m-v / m - s)
  • show a total, summed shop items
  • a shipping amount per shop
  • change shipping method per item, shop
  • pay per group / split order payments

This might need to be a separate issue (or possibly a package)
