For Sale Available ~ Prospecting ~ Market Appraisals Discrepancies in DWH

Hi Team,

Eg: For PROP ID: PAL230732

Below image is of the data pulled into Power BI from DWH, where the new status changes for a property is not reflected correctly as it is showing only till Nov 2023 changes and not the Aug 2024 changes.

But as found in Reapit under Journal entry for the same property, we see the status change for the property in August 2024 for Market Appraisal.

Similarly we found the same issues for Prospecting, Market Appraisals (Valuation) & For Sale Available

Looking forward for your assistance and explanation on the same.

Hi @Chetri-Janak I think this is a regionalisation problem and it's likely that anything using "Prospecting" is being omitted. We'll get this look at as soon as possible. Many thanks

Hi @Chetri-Janak if you have more examples please can you provide them? I have a fix ready for the Prospecting issue which is happening because your CRM build has a translation configured to change all instances of "Pre-Appraisal" to "Prospecting." Prospecting isn't actually a core status so I've had to add something specific to deal with this. Once it's merged in I'll let you know so you can check the data at your end. Thanks

As requested there is another example for "Prospecting"
PROP ID: ADM242387

In Reapit journal entry on the below screenshot we see that the date change of For Sale Available to Prospecting was on August 2024

But in Power BI it is not showing that, instead it is just showing of Market Appraisal to For Sale Available as in the screenshot below
