Fix grid gutter padding

Grid gutter padding is now fixed at 20px instead of using percentages

New grid and typography

• Grid now uses 20px horizontal padding for gutters instead of using margin which allows for responsive reflowing
• Typography updates (size, weight, line height)
• Updated spacing index (removed custom vertical rhythm)
• band__inner-container max-width increased to 1320px (from 1280px)
• Removed band__inner-container horizontal padding
