I think it would be cleared if the word "type" was included at this line:

redbox/config/src/main/config/portal/default/redbox/workflows/forms/sections/citations.vm

Line 217 in dedab06

<label>Date is:</label>

So, "Date type is" rather than just "Date is"

Another low priority change.
