This plugin only works if tekton is already installed in the cluster but we don't allow users to install/uninstall it from the plugin.
We could use https://github.com/danielhelfand/tekton-install to accomplish this.
The best would be if we could make an upgrade of the tekton version installed inside the cluster.
