Still doing digging on this. Possibly found where loadout/appearance is stored but the operator itself is not included. You can see the same data by running dissect with the --debug flag.

Seems to be almost exactly the same for ops with no loadout customization (screenshot is not an example of this). My guess is the operator part will be near this data, so I may stumble upon it soon.
