Much like the time command, typing weather with no args would show you all the configured places you're interested in by default in a list.

You would also be able to type weather [place] to show the weather of a specific place.

I'm not sure what service would be best to query for this, but anything that works is fine with me. Maybe we can have multiple sources in the future if accuracy with one source is an issue.
