Enable comments finding

What if the "Enable comments" option can use for the files finding, it simmlar the Nokia Cellphone`s(N900 maemo system) photo album the Tag is . it can find something or picture so directy with tags what you mark .

if tags+comments that must be a dictionary or document system for use

what Im talking something what I need to show the picture is , that fution must so usefull .......
because rename would chage the timeline ,espcially the pictures files need taking timeline mach the modify time ( i use jhead.exe from github for bat maching) ,so I dont want to change the file name, means that the comments so usefull for me at sometime .
