I have just added because of metanorma/metanorma-iso#1150 the new ISO document type Addendum; this was discontinued after 1997, but we are doing work on standards citing them. I have also asked for an update to pubid-iso, metanorma/pubid-iso#275

https://www.iso.org/standard/7473.html is an example of an addendum.
