Re-direct previous calls to new API in front-end application

Re-direct calls previously made to /search/ to point to /search/genes/ now, removing all flags except Q (and L if necessary). If you want to re-direct protein ones to /search/proteins/, and modifications to /search/modifications/ as well, I haven't ingested them or written an API for them, but I can do that later.

This includes auto-complete search and searches for results on item selected.
