Feature request: RHVoice TTS

There's an open-source TTS engine called RHVoice that is particularly great at producing Russian speech:

To get it to work with Rhasspy, I need to produce two commands/scripts: one that stdins text and stdouts WAV and another that produces a list of voices. Am I understanding this right? Is that everything necessary?

Do you think it can/should be packaged here like the other TTS engines?
