Can't install garage with pip

Everytime I try to install it using pip I get

$ pip install garage
Collecting garage
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement garage (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for garage

Even in a virtualenv it does not get installed when I add it to the requirements file. The numpy requirement is fulfilled. My OS is Ubuntu 18.04, I am using Python 3.6.

Hi @cli0 -- thanks for this report. We're aware of the issue and are just finishing clearing up blockers which will allow us to distribute on pip.

i.e. we've recently closed these bugs:
#848 #861 #849 #828

We'll keep this issue open until the pip distribution is fully posted.
