What would you like to be added?

Connection hub deploys helm charts of Kubefed and Submariner. This operation is managed by connection hub operator manually using Go Helm Client. Helm operations should be migrated to a CD tool to ensure lifecycle of charts and track high-level statuses of charts.

Why is this needed?

It's needed to give the connection hub the ability to operate full lifecycle of Helm charts, which Kubernetes CD tools such as Flux or Argo already do.
