Operator Throws "submariners.connection-hub.roboscale.io Submariner already exists"

What happened?

Operator throws this error and cannot finish setting up Submariner:

submariners.connection-hub.roboscale.io  submariner already exists

It can be fixed by deleting the resource temporarily:

kubectl delete submariners.connection-hub.roboscale.io submariner

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to see Submariner's configuration to be finished without such an error. Root cause will be investigated.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Error shows up once in a while, after creating a ConnectionHub instance.
