B20+/B20 Incompatibility

Due to changes in the circuitry, the B20+ and B20 use different reset lines from the Olimex board. In an attempt to test out B20 code changes, the board was put into reset permanently by the Olimex application. Further testing will need to be carried out by someone with access to a B20 machine.
