CORDEX data with temporal subsetting

• Identify the list of CORDEX datasets currently released to the CDS (https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/projections-cordex-domains-single-levels?tab=form)
• Add some of those datasets to the mini-esgf-data repo (https://github.com/roocs/mini-esgf-data) - in reduced form (using the script)
• Create some clisops tests that demonstrate temporal subsetting of CORDEX data
• Make sure the tests check the temporal range of the output dataset to ensure they match the requested time selection.
• If all good, create issues in daops, rook and rooki to demonstrate, and create intake catalog for this.
