leading zeros in a phone number are omitted

Is there an easy workaround to make sure leading zeros of a number such as phone number are not omitted when writing the value to excel? It does ommit the leading zero and change it into a number rather than keeping it as a text.

It seems this issue is resolved in the version 0.11.12 of xlsx package https://github.com/SheetJS/js-xlsx/releases/tag/v0.11.12 as it is mentioned here : SheetJS/js-harb#3
Is there any chance you can update the package.json to the latest version of xlsx
