Garbage shown on the bottom when using a modchip to boot homebrew directly

Describe the bug
This glitch doesn't impact functionality, it's just a visual imperfection

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch a game, doesn't matter if it's booted directly by OSDSYS or launched through Cheat Device
2. Soft reset the PS2, making the modchip launch CheatDevice directly or wLE
3. After launching Cheat Device, some garbage gets shown at the bottom

Expected behavior
The garbage should not show
