Ex: in get_prism_monthlys() mon defaults to NULL. In this case, it should be set to 1:12 instead of the user having to specify 1:12.

defaults in get_prism_dailys() looks good

defaults in get_prism_normals() look ok. Updated documentation of years and mon parameters slightly.
