Download ncdf files for erddap data instead of csv #73

Looks like ncdf package has windows binaries in addition to binaries for other platforms, meaning installation if we require that pkg should be okay now.

Try to use ncdf files insetad of csv, should download faster and load/read faster

It's important that you note that the underlying libraries are also installed. http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/

blargh, ok, so I'll try the ncdf http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ncdf/index.html library, and see if it works for us, even if not great, at least we'd be able to do netcdf file format, which people suggest we do
