[Enhancement] Any support for tesseract_best data?

https://tesseract-ocr.github.io/tessdoc/Data-Files seems to indicate that tessdata_best may be better than tessdata (but doesn't support legacy):

Currently (with version 5), it seems as though it only uses tessdata_fast, correct?

I found myself in the need to scan documents in Romanian, which led me to modify the existing R package to use tesseract 5 and the 'best' models https://github.com/pachadotdev/tesseract/tree/tesseract5
