robotiq's xacro s-model_mesh_macro.xacro fails when instantiated with non-empty prefix #44

Description:
  The xacro file s-model_mesh_macro.xacro  in the fuerte branch accepts a prefix argument (defaults to empty string) but does not use it inside each joint definition. Thus the referenced links under each joint element can not be found

Observed behavior
 Instantiating a robotiq gripper xacro with a prefix value fails to generate a valid xacro/urdf

Temporary Solution
 The prefix argument has been prepended to each link name inside the joint elements.  Other robotiq xacro files should be inspected for this issue as well
