Only part of ros in the avahi module is coming in from the generated message formats (brings in all the rosconsole macros). These can easily be substituted by c structs and conversions between lib and node, but its probably not an itch we need to scratch until we need it. Probably more important to have a strictly c++ embedded lib based on avahi's tiny embedded core.
Remove this from the pure c++ library part of the zeroconf_avahi module.
