As a feature request, it would be great to be able to color edges based on tag values on L /E lines in GFA/GFA2. This becomes relevant when the graph contains a deletion, and so there is no segment to speak of, but labeling an edge that denotes a gap where the missing segment would be is a convenient way to annotate such events. I understand this would have to rely on tags, and it looks like it might have been a conscious decision not to deal with custom tags. In case you see a different way to highlight such events, please let me know.
