What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load raw dMRI data ( e.g. with 1.9 mm voxel size : main:/tmp/diff_raw )
2. compute tensors
3. tensors are not shown in the middle of the voxel (see picture attached)
additional:
4. compute qballs
5. qballs are not shown in the miggle of the voxel
6. move slice, the qballs move within the same voxel. this is wrong. they must
stay on the same place
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
