if we aren't we should set skip inactive task definitions, to avoid some false positives https://docs.aws.amazon.com/config/latest/developerguide/ecs-task-definition-user-for-host-mode-check.html

Unless we switch to EKS instead of ECS we can't modify the networkMode. Backlogging this for now.
